Return

If the customer receives the damaged goods or the goods are not what you ordered, please take a photo immediately, contact us through the form in Contact Us page or Whatsapp, and arrange to return the goods to us by using SF Express (pay on delivery) after confirmation. Thank you for your support.

Due to the hygiene of the goods, the goods can only be replaced once time.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted outside of Hong Kong.

Thank you for your support to Clothes Time Korea.  Clothes Time Korea reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.

客人如果收到貨品有損毀或貨品不是您所訂購的請立刻拍照，透過聯絡我們的表格或 Whatsapp 聯絡我們，確認後安排把貨品順豐快遞 (到付)形式退回給我們，多謝客戶對我們的支持。

由於貨品的衛生問題，貨品只能夠更換一次。

香港以外的地區全部不接受退換。

多謝客戶對 Clothes Time Korea 的支持，如有任何爭議，Clothes Time Korea 將保留最終決定權。
